YOUR TASKS

REQUIREMENTS

• You will be representing Médecins du Monde so you should be seen to uphold our values and put them into practice.
• If you work outside France, we ask that you have a good command of English or Spanish.
• You will be living and working in multicultural environments and in security contexts that may sometimes be difficult or stressful, so you will need to have the capacity to adapt.
• You will be responsible for a team which might be quite large, so you will need good managerial skills, as well as being a great team player.
• The ability to think systematically and see the overall picture and excellent analytical skills in the healthcare context will be a valuable asset in the coordination of often complex projects.
• You will have to develop and implement detailed procedures and complex programmes so good organisational skills and an ability to prioritise will certainly be an advantage.
• You will be responsible for project monitoring, evaluation and reporting for which you will need strong technical skills.
• You should be comfortable communicating verbally and in writing and have the ability to employ diplomacy when required.
