Hello dears,

I’m not sure if you will receive my message, or if I will even stay alive to see you again.

I am writing to you with a heavy heart to share some distressing news about the dire situation in Gaza, where we find ourselves in the midst of what can only be described as a humanitarian catastrophe.

As you already know, Gaza has been under severe devastating bombardment. Most of us were forcibly displaced out from our homes on foot, and our once peaceful neighborhoods turned into painful rubbles and ashes.

Our loved ones have paid a heavy price, with nearly 4,500 people losing their lives, 12,000 casualties, including a heartbreaking number of innocent children. In addition to these hearts-wrenching loses, we now find ourselves living in unbearable conditions; we don’t have any water, food, or electricity.

Each moment feels like it could be our last, we say our goodbyes to our family members and children, we look into their eyes, wondering if we’ll ever see them again.

We live in a constant state of fear and uncertainty, with a deep sense of helplessness, hopelessness, and cruelty overwhelming us.

What’s more, the recent massacre of the Al-Ahli Arab Hospital, filled with doctors, patients, and displaced civilians, has deepened our despair. Over 1,000 souls were lost in a single, horrifying act of violence.

We urgently need the world to see our plight, hear our voices, and stand with us.

We are in the midst of an unprecedented humanitarian disaster, and we implore you to raise awareness, share our story, and help in any possible way.

We remain determined to persevere, even in the face of such overwhelming adversity.
